Quality Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct Set-up Approval

· Inspect parts for fabrication clearance (before Machining)

· Conduct Process Audit

· Maintain all inspection records as per defined process

· Ensure all template, gauges & instruments available as per the part requirement

· Ensure all production instruments duly calibrated & in good condition.

· Ensure all updated drawings are available in each working station as per part production.

· Manage non conformity from reporting, rework & preventive action & disposal.

· Support production team to ensure defect free production.

· Conduct weld joint penetration test as per plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

· ITI /Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

· 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance / control.

· Strong analytical skills, leadership, and communication abilities.

· CTC shall be paid in line with Qualification & Experience.

Preferred Skills:

· Good knowledge in engineering drawing interpretation.

· Welding & machining knowledge is preferable.

· Computer knowledge with MS Office is must.

· Initiative & drive for continuous improvement.
