Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Imt Manesar, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 CTC per month
Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our team at Manesar, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of quality inspection, measuring instruments, gauges, and calculations. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate inspection records, strong calculation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of products.

• Use basic measuring instruments and gauges such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauges, and Feeler Gauge.

• Check dimensions and product quality as per engineering drawings and customer specifications.

• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.

• Identify defects and report quality issues to the concerned department.

• Ensure products comply with company quality standards.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following quality procedures.

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Technical background preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in quality inspection (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.

• Good calculation and numerical skills.

• Ability to read basic engineering drawings is an added advantage.

• Good observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
