Key Responsibilities

• Handling production and manufacturing activities of polymer products

• Monitoring quality control and maintaining industry standards

• Operating and supervising machinery and production equipment

• Managing raw materials, inventory, and supply chain processes

• Coordinating with production, maintenance, and logistics teams

• Ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies

• Preparing production reports and maintaining documentation

• Assisting in research and development of new polymer products

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of plastics, polymers, and manufacturing processes

• Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer, or related Engineering field
