Quality Inspector

We are looking the Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that finished products meet quality standards before dispatch. The role includes inspection of products, verification of packaging requirements, labeling, strapping, box packing, and palletization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products as per quality standards.

• Verify product quality before packing and dispatch.

• Open the injector boxes.

• Check & verify all the injectors are Ok as per the provided instructions.

• Identification marking on injector.

• Ensure correct labeling of products, boxes, and pallets.

• Carry out strapping of boxes and pallets as per customer requirements.

• Perform proper packing of products into boxes to prevent damage during transportation.

• Ensure correct palletization of packed boxes according to packing specifications.

• Check packing materials and ensure they meet quality requirements.

• Maintain inspection and packing records.

• Identify and report quality issues or non-conformities.

• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of quality inspection processes.

• Experience in labeling, strapping, packing, and palletization.

• Ability to read work instructions and packing specifications.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Documentation of the checked parts.

Qualification

• Diploma / ITI /Electrical

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection and Packaging activities.
