🧑‍💼 Experience: 1–3 years preferred in Printing & Packaging Industry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Executive to join our growing Offset Printing & Packaging team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct in-process and final quality inspections
✅ Monitor print quality parameters including:
• Color matching
• Registration
• GSM / Board quality
• Barcode readability
• Finishing quality
• Die-cutting & pasting quality
✅ Verify customer-approved samples and artworks before production
✅ Monitor quality during printing, lamination, coating, die-cutting, folding, gluing & packing
✅ Coordinate with production teams to reduce rejection and rework
✅ Maintain quality reports, inspection records & CAPA documentation
✅ Support internal audits and customer audits
✅ Inspect raw materials and finished goods before dispatch
✅ Participate in quality improvement initiatives, 5S & GMP activities

🎯 Required Skills:
✔ Basic knowledge of Offset Printing & Packaging processes
✔ Understanding of printing defects and quality parameters
✔ Good communication and coordination skills
✔ Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

🌟 Preferred Knowledge:
• ISO / GMP / Quality systems
• Color standards & printing inspection methods
• Experience in carton, label, mono carton, or commercial printing industry

🎓 Qualification:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Quality Management
• Any Graduate with relevant experience can also apply
