Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and customer requirements. The role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring production activities to maintain consistent quality and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct electrical testing (continuity, insulation resistance, high-voltage tests, etc.) and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements. • Coordinate with suppliers for quality-related concerns and corrective actions.
• Prepare quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and maintain documentation as per ISO standards. • Support internal and external audits.
• Provide training to production teams on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, testing equipment, and industry standards (IEC/IS).
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
