We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to join our team . The role involves checking quality of operating machinery at real time on floor level, keeping records of all quality manuals. Testing product quality as per requirement (training will be provided). Maintaining quality standards on the production floor as per GRS, RCS, ISO, SOP & QMS. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹21,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry. Looking after work for 3 months one salary upgradation and finalization will be offered.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
Maintaining records as per SOP, ISO, GRS & RCS
Maintaining Testing Equipment & Weighing Scale Calibration Reports
Checking all safety parameters are intact or not
Taking care of complete safety and quality manuals as per company requirements
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
