Raw Material Inspection: Check incoming wood, metal, fabric, hardware, and foam for durability, grain quality, shade consistency, and structural integrity.
In-Process Monitoring: Monitor assembly, welding (for metal/iron furniture), joinery, alignment, and sanding across mid-production stages.
Finished Product Audits: Measure dimensions, check angles, test stability, and inspect finishes (paint, polish, powder coating, or upholstery) for scratches, dents, or color variations.
Defect Management & Rework: Identify non-conforming items, log defects, isolate faulty batches, and coordinate with production or vendor teams on corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed inspection logs, prepare QC summaries, and upload audit reports to company CRM or ERP systems.
Pre-Dispatch & Packaging Verification: Ensure safe crating, proper labeling, accurate piece counts, and correct assembly hardware inclusion before final shipping.
