Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineering fresher for the role of Quality Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, quality control, documentation, and supporting manufacturing quality processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of mechanical components.

• Check product dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.

• Identify defects and report non-conformance issues.

• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

• Support implementation of quality standards and SOPs.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to improve product quality.

• Ensure compliance with ISO and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and GD&T.

• Understanding of quality control processes.

• Knowledge of measuring instruments.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
