Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and passionate Graduate Engineer Trainees who are eager to start their careers with us. The trainee will undergo structured training in various departments to gain technical knowledge, hands-on exposure, and industry experience.

 Key Responsibilities

• Undergo training as per the defined technical and functional training modules.

• Assist senior engineers in daily operations, project activities, and problem-solving.

• Work on assigned tasks related to purchase, design, site execution, customer support, sales & marketing, dispatch, costing & project management (as per department).

• Understand company’s processes, standards, and safety guidelines.

• Support documentation, reporting, and data management activities.

• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform on-the-job learning and demonstrate progress through periodic evaluations.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive learning attitude.

Skills Required

• Strong technical understanding of core engineering concepts.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Flexibility to work in shifts or at project sites if needed.
