We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Shekharson Technologies Llp. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering field. Knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and quality management systems. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to identify manufacturing defects. Experience with measuring instruments and testing equipment. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹23,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, machine components, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes to identify defects.
Conduct quality testing and final machine inspections before dispatch.
Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the production team.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
