Update and maintain control plans, PFMEA, SOPs, and work instructions.
Ensure all quality records are updated and available on time.
Monitor daily rejection reports and identify top defect trends.
Work with production to reduce scrap and rework by X% monthly.
Inspect and evaluate supplier material quality.
Ensure supplier rejection rate stays below X%.
Ensure 100% calibration compliance for all gauges and instruments.
Maintain proper traceability and identification for all measuring tools.
Conduct operator training on quality standards, defects, and inspection methods.
Implement minimum 2 Kaizens per month related to quality improvement.
Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain daily inspection reports, rejection logs, and quality metrics.
Submit weekly and monthly quality performance reports on time.
Ensure data accuracy for MIS reporting.
Support production, design, and maintenance teams in solving quality-related problems.
