Perform CMM setting, programming, operation, and inspection as per engineering drawings.

Conduct component measurement and dimensional inspection using CMM and measuring instruments.

Handle inward quality inspection of raw materials and purchased parts.

Monitor in-process quality activities during production stages.

Carry out outward/final inspection before dispatch.

Perform ballooning of drawings and prepare inspection reports.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and technical specifications.

Ensure accurate usage of measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, dial indicator, etc.

Manage gauge calibration activities and maintain calibration records.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities for process enhancement.

Maintain inspection documents, quality records, and measurement reports.

Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
