# Job Title: Quality Engineer (Machining)
Location: Rohtak
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month
Experience: 2–4 Years (Machining Industry)
## Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in the Machining Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality inspection processes, measurement techniques, and quality management systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
## Key Responsibilities
• Perform in-process, and final inspections of machined components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
## Requirements
• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the Machining Industry.
• Good knowledge of machining processes and quality control tools.
• Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, Root Cause.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
