We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Hybon Elevators And Escalators Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, bought-out items, and components as per drawings, specifications, and inspection plans.

• Verify supplier material test certificates, dimensions, and visual quality.

• Approve or reject materials and raise NC / rejection reports where required.

• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material segregation and disposition.

• Maintain IQC records, inspection reports, and traceability documents.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

• Monitor critical processes during fabrication, machining, and assembly of elevator components.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.

• Identify process deviations and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Conduct periodic audits of shop-floor quality practices and 5S compliance.

• Perform final inspection of finished elevator components, sub-assemblies, and systems before dispatch.

• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and safety standards.

• Validate completeness of documentation prior to dispatch.

• Issue final inspection clearance and dispatch approval.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
