Job Purpose

To ensure that all civil construction activities, materials and workmanship at Eagleburg India Pvt Ltd meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements through systematic inspection, testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect civil construction activities at site and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

· Prepare and implement inspection and testing requirements for construction activities.

· Inspect and monitor RCC, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, painting, external works and other civil activities.

· Verify incoming construction materials and coordinate material testing through approved laboratories where required.

· Check reinforcement, formwork, levels, dimensions, line, alignment and other critical parameters before concrete works.

· Coordinate concrete sampling, cube testing and review of test results and maintain proper records.

· Raise quality observations and non-conformance reports for defective or non-compliant work.

· Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants and vendors to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective action.

· Verify closure of observations and non-conformities before approval of subsequent activities.

· Review method statements, material submittals, inspection checklists and inspection/test plans.

· Maintain quality documentation including inspection requests, test reports, approvals, checklists and records.

· Support internal, consultant and client inspections and quality audits.

· Monitor recurring defects and recommend preventive measures to improve construction quality.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports and communicate significant issues to management.

· Ensure quality requirements are communicated to contractors and site execution teams.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of civil construction quality control and site inspection.

· Knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, masonry, finishing and waterproofing quality practices.

· Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.

· Knowledge of relevant construction standards and testing procedures.

· Strong documentation, observation and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and coordination with contractors, consultants and site teams.

Position Details
