We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product quality through effective inspection and compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspection of fabricated components and assemblies.
Interpret and inspect products as per fabrication drawings, customer specifications, and applicable standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Support customer and third-party inspections when required.
Ensure compliance with the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Well-versed in the use of inspection instruments, including:
Vernier Caliper
Micrometer
Measuring Tape
Coating Thickness Gauge (Coat Meter)
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Additional Requirement:
Must possess their own conveyance and a valid driving license for travel to suppliers, customer sites, or project locations as required.
