Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and disciplined Quality Control Engineer cum Operations Supervisor to oversee two critical pillars of our production cycle. You will spend half of your time in the laboratory performing rigorous product testing and data analysis, and the other half on the factory floor supervising production staff and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1.Laboratory & Product Testing (Technical)
Quality Testing: Conduct physical, chemical, or mechanical testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet internal and industry standards.
Data Management: Maintain precise records of test results and reports of Quality standards.
Compliance: Ensure all laboratory activities comply with ISO, ISI, or other relevant regulatory safety and quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and troubleshooting of lab instruments to ensure accuracy.
R&D Support: Assist in testing new formulations or product prototypes as directed by the engineering team.
2.Factory Operations Supervision (Leadership)
Floor Supervision: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that shifts start on time and production targets are met.
Staff Management: Provide guidance to factory workers, manage shift schedules, and assist in resolving interpersonal or operational conflicts.
Required Qualifications
●Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical.
●Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
●Proficiency with lab equipment.
●Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
