Job Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Check Executive who will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring the quality of food raw materials before they are processed or supplied. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in Agriculture and a keen understanding of raw material standards for food safety and quality. Freshers with the right knowledge and passion are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, verify, and document the quality of incoming food raw materials (grains, cereals, pulses, fruits, vegetables, etc.).
Ensure raw materials meet company standards, regulatory guidelines, and food safety norms.
Identify and report non-conformance in raw material quality (e.g., contamination, moisture content, spoilage, or adulteration).
Coordinate with the procurement and production team to maintain quality consistency.
Maintain proper records of quality checks, test results, and inspection reports.
Assist in developing quality control protocols for raw material handling and storage.
Stay updated with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.) relevant to raw material quality.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of food raw materials and their quality parameters (moisture level, texture, purity, freshness, etc.).
Understanding of agriculture and food safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Eligibility:
Education: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture (mandatory).
