Key Responsibilitie-
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of sheet metal components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as a Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and Bore Gauge.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, CAPA, and quality records.
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, and SCM to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct supplier quality inspections and incoming material verification.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints through process improvements.
