Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive for an automobile parts manufacturing company. The candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, process quality control, and maintaining quality standards in automotive component manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection of automobile parts and components during production and final stages.

• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.

• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain inspection records.

• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

• Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.

• Handle rejection analysis and prepare quality reports.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS quality standards and manufacturing procedures.

• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain documentation related to quality checks, audits, and inspections.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of quality inspection processes in automobile parts manufacturing.

• Experience in handling measuring instruments and gauges.

• Understanding of quality standards, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

• Basic understanding of ISO/IATF quality systems preferred.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in Mechanical or related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in automobile parts manufacturing company is mandatory.

• Sheet Metal / Machining / Forging / Casting industries preferred.
