Key Responsibilities
Process Development: Create and implement quality control procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct regular internal/external audits, inspections, and tests.
Data Analysis: Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and report findings to management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (like ISO, GMP) and regulations.
Training: Educate and train staff on quality protocols and best practices.
Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective/Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Documentation: Maintain quality records, test plans, reports, and batch documentation.
Collaboration: Work with development, production, and operations teams.
