Role Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to oversee and ensure product quality standards across procurement, production, packing, storage, and dispatch processes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily quality inspection activities for raw materials, eggs, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, GMP, and food safety standards
• Conduct quality checks at farm, processing, storage, and dispatch stages
• Monitor microbial testing,freshness checks, yolk quality, shell strength, and hygiene standards
• Maintain quality documentation, audit reports, CAPA, and SOP records
• Lead root cause analysis for product quality issues and customer complaints
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for process improvements
• Conduct regular internal audits and hygiene inspections
• Train production staff on quality standards and food safety procedures
• Ensure proper implementation of temperature control and storage quality protocols • Manage and supervise quality executives / QC staff
• Generate MIS reports and quality performance dashboard.
