Job Overview

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented QA Specialists to ensure the quality, accuracy,

and consistency of our content across websites, social media, and courses. The role involves

reviewing text, media, and learning materials to maintain brand standards, improve learner

experience, and reduce errors in our rapidly growing digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Quality Check

● Review website content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand

guidelines.

● Identify errors in grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.

Social Media Content Quality Assurance

● Review captions, creatives, videos, and messaging before posting.

● Ensure compliance with brand tone, communication standards, and content quality.

Course & Video Quality Control

● Perform quality checks on courses, recorded videos, and learning materials.

● Ensure content accuracy, logical flow, audio-video quality, and overall learner

experience.

Key Requirements

Experience

● Prior experience as a copy editor, content editor, or similar role (newspaper editors or

copy editors preferred; video editing experience not required).

Educational Qualification

● Any Graduate (higher qualifications in communications, English, or media will be an
