Quality Assistant

Job Summary

Human Heroes Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support quality assurance and quality control activities in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on ensuring products and processes meet defined quality standards through inspections, documentation, and coordination with production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods

• Assist in maintaining quality standards across manufacturing operations

• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and report to the quality team

• Maintain and update quality records, inspection reports, and documentation

• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues

• Assist during internal and external quality audits

• Ensure compliance with ISO and customer quality requirements

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
