We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Executive to ensure product quality and food safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.)
Maintain documentation and quality records
Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area
Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with production and R&D teams for product improvement
Conduct internal audits and inspections
Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control processes
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good documentation and reporting skills
Knowledge of lab testing procedures
Team coordination and communication skills
