Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality across locations.
• Develop and validate microbiological and quality control SOPs.
• Conduct and supervise microbiological testing using conventional and modern techniques (e.g., Gram staining, PCR, culture-based methods).
• Lead internal audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA).
• Monitor microbial contamination in production and packaging environments.
• Review and analyse quality data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Train and mentor the Quality team on good manufacturing and laboratory practices (GMP/GLP).
• Coordinate with procurement and supplier teams to ensure raw material and packaging quality.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP standards and protocols.
• Maintain quality documentation and laboratory records accurately and systematically.
• Collaborate with product, farm, and operations teams to implement proactive quality measures.
• Support innovation and product development through microbiological and safety validations.
