EUREVA LIFE SCIENCES PVT. LTD. is a reputed company in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Purchase Assistant to join our procurement team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female

• Education:•Graduate (Preferred)

• Experience: Prior experience in Purchasing/Procurement, preferably in the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email, etc.).

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.

• Ability to prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Proforma Invoices (PI), Tax Invoices, and other purchase-related documentation.

• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.

• Maintain purchase records and documentation accurately.

• Handle billing and maintain records in Tally.

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and Tax Invoices.

• Support inventory and logistics operations.

• Ensure timely procurement and smooth coordination with internal departments.
