Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase planning as per departmental requirements

• Identify and develop new vendors/suppliers

• Compare quotations and negotiate best pricing and delivery terms

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs)

• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery

• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and stock

• Coordinate with accounts, store, and production teams

• Monitor inventory levels

• Ensure cost control and budget management

• Maintain strong vendor relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain

• 1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (must required)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing industry

• Knowledge of ERP software

• Vendor management experience

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Overtime (OT): As per company policy

Working Days & Timing

• Monday to Saturday

• Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM + OT
