Project Coordinator

Stained Glass House is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Manager to independently manage and execute our projects from start to finish.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the complete production process, managing the production team, planning materials, monitoring quality, maintaining timelines and ensuring projects are completed and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from production planning to final completion and installation.

• Plan daily and weekly production activities according to project deadlines.

• Coordinate and supervise workers, designers, vendors and other team members involved in the project.

• Ensure required materials are available and properly planned in advance.

• Monitor production progress and ensure work is completed within the given timeline.

• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

• Track multiple projects simultaneously and ensure there are no unnecessary delays.

• Coordinate packing, dispatch, transportation and installation of completed projects.

• Visit project sites when required and coordinate installation work.

• Identify production or site-related problems and take appropriate action to resolve them.

• Maintain project-wise records, updates and production reports.

• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates regarding project progress.

• Take complete responsibility for assigned projects and ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in production, project execution, manufacturing, fabrication, interiors or a related field.

• Diploma or Graduate qualification preferred.

• Strong team management and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of production planning, material management and scheduling.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Should be responsible, organised and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
Experience: 3–5 years
