Job Summary

DANA TM4 India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join its manufacturing team. Selected candidates will receive practical training in production processes, machine operations, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant technical streams, as per company requirements.

• Experience: Freshers can apply.

• Age Limit: As per company policy and applicable apprenticeship rules.

• Gender: As per the actual job requirement.

• Skills: Basic technical knowledge, willingness to learn, discipline, and a positive attitude.

• Shift: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in daily production and manufacturing activities.

2. Operate or assist with machines and production equipment after necessary training.

3. Follow company quality standards and work instructions.

4. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workplace.

5. Inspect components and report quality issues to the supervisor.

6. Follow production targets and instructions from the team leader.

7. Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper workplace practices.
