Production Trainee

Hiring............... for Trainee Engineer(Production) in MNC Company.

Nature of Job: 2 Years of Company Contract with INR 310000/- PA as fixed remuneration. Post 2 Years exiting opportunities for on roll positions based on performance & availability of vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned production and manufacturing activities as per work instructions.

• Operate and handle production equipment, tools, and machinery safely.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.

• Perform assembly, fitting, wiring, inspection, or other shop-floor activities as assigned.

• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.

• Identify and report quality issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.

• Maintain required production and quality records.

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and discipline standards.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.

Eligibility

• Diploma Mechanical and Electrical candidates preferred.

• Experience 1yr

• Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Basic understanding of safety and quality practices will be an advantage.

Compensation & Career Opportunity

• Fixed Remuneration: ₹3,10,000/- per annum

• Contract Period: 2 Years

• After successful completion of the 2-year contract, candidates may have opportunities to be considered for on-roll positions, subject to performance, business requirements, and availability of vacancies.
