Role Summary

As a Team Member - Production, you will support manufacturing operations by carrying out production activities in line with established process, quality, and safety standards. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, following standard operating procedures, reporting production or quality deviations, maintaining operational records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc. in Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and safety practices.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

• Commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Desired

• Basic knowledge of battery technology.

• Exposure to manufacturing through internships, academic projects, industrial visits, or vocational training.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
