Production Supervisor

We are seeking a Production Supervisor from the fashion apparel industry to oversee daily garment production operations, ensuring that output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved while maintaining operational efficiency, workplace safety, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibility

· Production scheduling: Creating, Maintaining, coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor to meet shipment deadlines.

· Ensure production is carried out as per approved samples, specs, and SOPs

· Quality Control: Ensuing all garments meet specified quality standards and conducting in line inspections.

· Team leadership: Training, mentoring, and supervising Tailors and support staff.

· Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing techniques to increase productivity.

· Inventory & Machine Management: Managing raw materials and ensuring machinery is operational.

· Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

· Fill up any vacancies

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Experience: 3–7 years in garment production (woven).

· Education: Any bachelor's degree in Apparel Production, Fashion, related field.

· Technical Knowledge: Understanding of sewing, cutting, and finishing processes.

· Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Skills: Basic computer knowledge - excel, word.
