Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Sonipat, Haryana
Salary: 22 – 25 (CTC)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and manage shop-floor activities efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.

• Monitor manpower utilization and allocate resources effectively.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.

• Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdown resolution.

• Implement and enforce safety policies and workplace discipline.

• Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.

• Train and guide operators and production workers.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning departments for smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and shop-floor management.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, ERP preferred).
