The role focuses on maintaining workflow discipline, carrying out first-line quality checks, and ensuring operators have the tools, materials, and guidance needed to meet production targets. ● Carry out first-line quality checks on completed tasks, flagging and escalating non-conformities to the Team Leader.
● Coordinate task allocation among operators during the shift, stepping in for the Team Leader when required.
● Monitor and replenish tools, consumables, and material availability at the workstation to avoid downtime.
● Support the onboarding and on-the-job guidance of new operators.
● Maintain basic production records, shift logs, and input for KPI tracking.
● Promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and good housekeeping (5S) at the workstation.
● Escalate personnel or technical issues beyond their authority to the Team Leader or Production Foreman.
● Contribute ideas for process improvement and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Required Skills and Experience
● 4+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing production environment, ideally within EPC, modular construction, or data center-related manufacturing.
● Practical experience in electrical or mechanical assembly work.
● Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S principles is an advantage.
● Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate a small team.
● A functional level of English is highly valued.
