Production Engineer rocess Quality Analyst / Engineer Job Summary: The role is responsible for analyzing statistical process control data collected from machine operators to monitor, identify, and sustain favorable trends in process and product quality. The position plays a key role in ensuring consistent production standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. Key Responsibilities: Analyze statistical control data to monitor process stability and product quality. Identify trends, deviations, and potential quality issues in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with process engineering and production teams to investigate root causes of quality concerns. Implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate or minimize recurrence of issues. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality standards. Ensure adherence to plant quality guidelines and operational procedures. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR Diploma (2-year degree) with at least 6 years of relevant experience, OR An equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
