Job Summary:
Production Manager PU molding / elastomer / coating / casting operations ko manage karega, jisme process control, quality, safety aur productivity main focus hoga.

Key Responsibilities:

• PU molding / casting / coating production planning & execution

• Daily production targets achieve karna

• Raw materials handling (Polyol, Isocyanate, chain extenders, pigments)

• Meter-mix & dispensing machines operate aur monitor karna

• Process parameters control (temperature, pressure, curing time)

• Mold management & cycle time improvement

• Defect analysis (air bubbles, shrinkage, poor bonding, surface defects)

• Quality inspection & testing coordination

• Rejection, scrap aur cost control

• Safety compliance (chemical handling, MSDS, PPE)

• Maintenance & tool room coordination

• New product development & trials

• Manpower handling & operator training

• Production reports & documentation maintain karna

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of PU molding / elastomer systems

• Hands-on experience with meter-mix machines

• Process optimization & troubleshooting skills

• Quality systems & safety standards understanding

• Leadership & decision-making ability

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech (Chemical / Polymer / Mechanical)

• Diploma holders with strong PU molding experience considered

Experience:

• 5–10 years in PU molding / elastomer / coating production

• PU foam experience NOT required

Industry Exposure (Preferred):

• Automotive parts (bushes, rollers, seals)

• Industrial PU components

• Wheels, rollers, couplings

• PU coatings & adhesives
