Manage daily production operations and workflow
✔ Ensure production targets are achieved on time
✔ Supervise production staff and machine operations
✔ Maintain product quality and safety standards
✔ Coordinate with QC, Purchase, and Dispatch departments
✔ Monitor inventory and raw material requirements
✔ Reduce production downtime and improve efficiency
✔ Prepare daily production reports and MIS
✔ Handle manpower planning and shift management
✔ Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment
