We are looking Experienced Production Engineer with the following key responsibilities,
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at all stages.
Implement the core production Engineer roles and responsibilities including process optimization and quality control.
Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand changes.
Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and lead team training for skill enhancement.
Collaborate with purchase, sales, quality, and project teams to align production with business objectives.
Manage raw material inventory to ensure adequate stock without overstocking or wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, or delays quickly.
Track production costs and take corrective actions to maintain budget control.
