Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of production orders.
Manage manufacturing of MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, LT, and other electrical control panels.
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, and Quality teams.
Monitor production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Supervise panel assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection activities.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production costs and minimize material wastage.
Maintain production reports, work orders, and documentation.
Ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety regulations.
Resolve production issues and support troubleshooting activities.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
