Job Title: Production Executive & Client Handling
Job Summary:
The Production Executive & Client Handling will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities while coordinating directly with clients to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Responsibilities:
Plan and manage daily production schedules.
Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
Monitor production process from order confirmation to final dispatch.
Ensure quality standards are maintained as per client requirements.
Supervise production staff and workflow.
Handle machine maintenance coordination and downtime reporting.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and daily work records.
Ensure timely dispatch and proper documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages/excess stock.
Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
Client Handling Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
Share production updates and delivery timelines with clients.
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client commitments.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.
Ensure on-time delivery as per client schedule.
Maintain strong and long-term client relationships.
Support payment follow-ups in coordination with the accounts team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of production planning and process control.
Problem-solving and multitasking ability.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Tally if applicable).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in production & client coordination preferred.
