JOB OPPORTUNITY: PRODUCTION MANAGER / GRADUATE TRAINEE (FRESHERS WELCOME)

JOB OVERVIEW:

Shubham Industries is looking for a dedicated Production Manager to oversee

our manufacturing operations. We are open to both experienced professionals

and motivated FRESHERS who have a background in Mechanical or Electrical

Engineering and are eager to work on the shop floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the complete production cycle of Industrial Pumps and Electric Motors.

• Supervise CNC/VMC operations (Fanuc Control) and manual machining.

• Manage raw material inventory (Copper, Castings, Bearings, etc.).

• Perform quality testing (Hydraulic pressure tests and Electrical load tests).

• Manage labor, helpers, and production schedules to meet deadlines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience: 0 to 5 years (We provide training for Freshers).

• Technical: Basic understanding of Motor Winding, Pump Hydraulics, and CNC.

• Language: Must be fluent in GUJARATI and HINDI.

• Attributes: Strong leadership, punctuality, and a "hands-on" approach.
