मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रोडक्टशन मैनेजर

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise day-to-day production activities.

Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.

Handle manpower allocation and improve workforce productivity.

Monitor production quality, wastage and manufacturing costs.

Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Stores and Maintenance departments.

Ensure machines, materials and manpower are properly utilized.

Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Maintain production reports, records and daily MIS.

Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures.

Achieve daily/monthly production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Lead and motivate the production team for better efficiency and output.

Candidate Profile:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or relevant field preferred.

Strong experience in manufacturing/production management.

Knowledge of production planning, manpower handling and shop-floor operations.

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience in sheet metal / fabrication / elevator components will be an added advantage
