Production Manager – Furniture Industry
We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at S Comfort Seating System. The role involves managing production operations, coordinating manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and leading teams on the production floor. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential furniture manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
• Monitor manufacturing processes and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams
• Manage manpower, production schedules, and workflow efficiency
• Monitor inventory, machinery, and production resources
• Implement preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Ensure workplace safety and quality procedures are followed
• Support process improvements and optimize production output
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: Diploma
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in furniture manufacturing or a related industry
