Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in liquid hygiene product manufacturing and chemical formulations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete production process, ensuring consistent product quality, maintaining strict safety and compliance standards, and improving operational efficiency. The role also involves managing production teams, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products as per company requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily production operations of liquid hygiene products such as handwash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, glass cleaner, sanitizer, etc.

• Ensure production planning and scheduling to meet company targets and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and control batch manufacturing processes as per standard operating procedures (SOP).

• Ensure quality control standards are followed during production.

• Handle raw material management, chemical mixing, and formulation processes.

• Maintain proper production records, batch records, and inventory reports.

• Coordinate with quality control, procurement, and warehouse teams.

• Ensure safety guidelines and chemical handling protocols are followed.

• Improve production efficiency, reduce wastage, and control production costs.

• Train and supervise production staff and machine operators.

• Ensure compliance with FMCG manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Liquid Hygiene Product Manufacturing

• Understanding of chemical formulations and raw materials

• Experience with mixing tanks, filling machines, and production equipment

• Knowledge of quality control procedures

• Production planning and team management skills

• Knowledge of safety and chemical handling standards

• Problem-solving and process improvement ability

Education

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

OR

• B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering
