B.E. (Mechanical/Production)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and manage production teams in a brass manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities.
Prepare and implement production plans.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor machine performance and productivity.
Manage operators and allocate work effectively.
Reduce production losses and machine downtime.
Monitor rejection and rework levels.
Maintain production records and reports.
Coordinate with the quality, maintenance, and planning departments.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety procedures.
Train and guide production operators.
Implement continuous improvement activities.
Required Skills
Production planning and scheduling.
Team handling and manpower management.
Drawing reading.
Knowledge of production processes.
Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the brass manufacturing industry.
Experience with plug pins, brass inserts, terminals, or precision components.
Experience in machine operations and production supervision.
