प्रॉडक्शन मैनेजर

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the entire manufacturing operations of our lubricant blending plant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of lubricant formulations, blending processes, quality systems, and plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities to achieve targeted output and efficiency.

Ensure smooth operation of blending, filling, and packaging lines in accordance with production schedules.

Monitor production KPIs such as yield, productivity, downtime, and OEE.

Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality and minimal downtime.

Implement process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and lean manufacturing practices.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, BIS, etc.).

Manage manpower allocation, training, and performance evaluation of production staff.

Maintain inventory of raw materials and packaging materials in coordination with the purchase and warehouse teams.

Prepare production reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company SOPs and GMP standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of lubricant blending, additives, and packaging processes.

Hands-on experience with automated filling lines and plant utilities.

Proficiency in production planning and resource management.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Sound understanding of safety and quality management systems.

Preferred Background:

Experience in lubricant / petrochemical / chemical manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Prior experience in managing medium to large-scale blending and packaging operations.
