Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Job Summary

A Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process to ensure products are created efficiently, on time, and within budget. They bridge the gap between strategic planning and floor-level execution by managing teams, resources, and quality standards. Core Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed timelines and workflows to meet output targets and customer deadlines.

Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel, ensuring optimal staffing and a safe work environment.

Quality Control: Establish and maintain high quality standards, performing regular audits to minimize defects.

Budget & Cost Control: Manage production budgets, estimate costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and expenses.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and ensure production equipment is regularly maintained.

Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, to enhance efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Usually requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience: Typically 3–5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

( SAP) and MS Office.
