Job Title:

Production Supervisor – Fresher / Trainee (Factory Role)

Location:

Bhayandar East (Full-time, On-site)

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

(Salary will increase based on performance and learning)

About the Role

We are a manufacturing unit looking for a smart, hardworking fresher who wants to build a career in factory operations.

This is a shop-floor role, not an office job.

You will be trained to handle:

• Production

• Quality checking

• Inward & outward material

• Worker coordination

Who Should Apply

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience

• Good in reading, writing, and basic calculations

• Quick learner with strong willingness to grow

• Ready to work on the factory floor full-time

• Disciplined, punctual, and responsible

Qualification is NOT important

Attitude and learning ability are important

Key Responsibilities (After Training)

• Assist in daily production activities

• Track production quantity and report daily output

• Learn and maintain product quality standards

• Help manage material inward and dispatch

• Coordinate with workers and ensure smooth workflow

• Identify problems and report immediately
